Other hip hop albums behind “College Dropout” on the magazine’s Album of Decade list include Outkast’s “The Love Below/Speakerboxxx,” 50 Cent’s “Get Rich or Die Tryin’,” and Jay-Z’s “Blueprint.” Music trade publication Billboard has announced that its “Artist of the Decade title belongs to Eminem, based on activity from the magazine’s two charts: the Billboard 200 albums list and the Billboard Hot 100 songs tally.
